Volunteer Agreement

Our club is completely run on volunteers. Even our coaching staff is 100 % volunteer. We love this about our club and really appreciate families helping out with the many jobs that need to be done.

Things you can do to help out:

put mats on the ice (Group 1 does not need to do this, Group 2 and 3 must commit to doing this regularly)
join the committee to help organize the Fall fundraising dinner (Nov 7)
volunteer at the club’s Regional meet (Dec 7) – many positions require no experience
bring a hospitality item to the club meet (sign up genius will be provided) to the club meet
help with the year-end banquet
equipment maintenance (sharpen skates for Group 1, sew skate guard covers, shed cleanout)
help at a club mini-meet (timing, lap counting, mats etc…)
take a coaches course or officials course so you can help on the ice (we will pay for the course)

***Group 2 and 3 families are required to pay a $100 refundable volunteer deposit. Group 1 and Learn to Skate families are not required to pay.
